I believe in showing other people what’s possible in their lives and relationships as a somatic therapist, author, and embodiment expert redefining what it means to heal. Blending neuroscience, somatic psychology, and spiritual wisdom, I teach how to move beyond self-regulation into emotional expression, aliveness, and embodied self-trust. In the last 10 years I’ve done hundreds of speaking gigs, been a guest on dozens of podcasts, and have had the pleasure of writing and being interviewed for articles published in media outlets such as Parade Magazine, Mantra Magazine, Create & Cultivate, Medium, and HuffPost.

I’m also the host of the Well, Then Podcast where I share personal testimonials and expertise on all things mental, emotional and physical wellness, as well as interviewing guests who are experts in their fields to help guide listeners on their healing journey.

Most speakers talk about mindset, but I teach the somatic architecture of inner power. I help high-performers bridge the gap between their subconscious patterns and their nervous system capacity, so they can stop "managing" their stress and start inhabiting their authenticity.
