SOMATIC THERAPIST | AUTHOR | SELF-CARE EXPERT
I am a Somatic Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Nervous System Practitioner, and Holistic Wellness expert, among many other things. Through my private practice, immersive group programs, and retreats around the world, my work redefines what it means to heal — and what it means to live. I live in the PNW and often spend time between NYC and LA as well as hosting retreats every summer in my home away from home in Ireland.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped people come home to themselves: to their bodies, their intuition, their emotional truth, and their capacity to live fully alive. At the heart of my work is The Feminine Range Method: a somatic, psychological, relational, and spiritual framework built around five pathways of reclamation
I’m not interested in becoming your guru.
I’m here to walk beside you as you remember who you are beneath the coping, the survival patterns, and the stories you outgrew long ago.
My work is where neuroscience meets inner wisdom, where somatic therapy meets soul, where healing becomes a doorway into a much larger life.
I believe your body knows. It knows what you feel, what you need, what you’ve been avoiding, and what you’re capable of.
And my deepest joy is helping you learn how to listen to it again.
My work blends neuroscience, somatic psychology, attachment theory, parts work, and spiritual wisdom into a holistic methodology that meets women at every layer — emotional, psychological, relational, somatic, spiritual.
my ethos
I spent a long time trying to get other people to choose me so that I would feel good enough. I also spent a long time trying to be “perfect” by punishing my body, suppressing my emotions, and ignoring my authentic needs. Then I made healing my identity and thought that would finally make me “good enough”.
But healing is not the end of the story — embodiment is.
We live in a world obsessed with “calm,” with fixing, managing, and self-optimizing. But so many of us are still hiding inside our own bodies… still numb, still over-regulating, still suppressing the very feelings that would set us free.
I teach a different path.
A path where your emotions are not problems to solve but signals to honor;
where your nervous system is not something to control but something to partner with; where your life expands not when you stay balanced, but when you feel safe enough to feel.
My ethos is simple:
The goal is not to be calm, or to “earn” love.
The goal is to remember you are whole.
To be fully alive.
To be you…love.
my experience
My work is rooted in both professional mastery and lived experience.
I’m trained in somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, energy healing, holistic nutrition, and eating psychology…just to name a few ;)
Over the last ten+ years, I’ve worked with thousands of clients privately and in groups, facilitated global retreats, run year-long mentorships, taught across multiple platforms, and co-founded a self-guided therapy app for women.
But beyond the certifications and years of practice is something deeper:
I’ve lived this work.
I’ve walked through chronic illness, disordered eating, toxic relationships, gut-wrenching breakups, disorganized attachment, sexual trauma, emotional abuse, attachment wounds, injury, and pain — and I rebuilt my life from the inside out.
I learned to feel again.
I learned to trust again.
I learned to inhabit my own body with softness and truth.
Everything I teach is something I have embodied myself.
Most of the women who find me have done years of healing work. They can name their attachment style, trace their triggers back to their origins, and articulate their patterns with precision. They've invested real money, real time, and real vulnerability in their growth.
And they are still, in some fundamental way, not fully alive.
Not broken. Not lazy. Not missing the right tool. Something more specific is in the way:
their identity.
When love felt conditional in early life, the nervous system made a rational conclusion: who I actually am is not safe to be. So it built a version — organized around earning belonging, earning love, earning the right to take up space. A borrowed identity. And it is extraordinarily good at reorganizing every healing tool, every insight, every good intention around its own survival.
Therapy helps you understand the wound. Mindset work helps you think around it. Somatic work helps you feel it. But none of those interventions alone touch the structural thing generating the patterns. Which is why the patterns outlive the understanding. Which is why you can name everything and change nothing.
I teach women to dissolve the borrowed identity and build one that actually belongs to them. Not through more healing. Through a direct return to the body's original intelligence — what I call the Feminine Range.
When a woman moves through the five pathways of my method, the downstream effects are not metaphorical...
The weight shifts. The chronic pain resolves. The face changes. The income restructures. The relationships transform. The body comes home to itself. Not because she fixed something that was wrong, but because she stopped living inside a borrowed identity and started inhabiting her own.
